1. Start in Sifhalla and accept the quest from Sif Shadowhunter.
2. Once in the instance be careful with the first group of Mandrigor.
3. Upon entering the cave turn left and continue around to where the Norn Bear appears
4. You do not need to get the Wolfen Blessing
5. The entire quest can be completed in about 8 minutes.

1. This is all about destroyers. Bring Pain Inverter and Alkar's Acid. Two people with it makes this very easy.
2. Start in Rata Sum and get the quest from Mamp
3. Once in the instance do not go to the center and activate the quest.
4. Go around the outside to the left, over the first tree bridge and wait at the bottom of the 2nd tree bridge for the first group of Destroyers.
5. Finish the first group then advance across the tree bridge and kill the Destroyer of Lives.
6. Continue slowly around and kill each Destroyer Group.
7. Once they are all gone flag your group just outside the area in the upper right. I use the rocky ground by the tree as a guide.
8. Once your group is flagged run back to the center and activate the quest.
9. Hurry back and help your group dispose of the Destroyers coming out of the Hive.
10. Once the golems are ready and the destroyers quit spawning head back and get a Golem Beacon from Sokka.
11. Take the Beacon back to your group and drop it. Get the 2nd Golem Beacon from Sokka and drop it.
12. Now attack and kill the two Bringers of Destruction and the mission is complete
13. This missions takes about 17 minutes to complete.

1. This is all about destroyers. Bring Pain Inverter and Alkar's Acid. Two people with it makes this very easy.
2. Start in the Central Transfer Chamber and get the quest from Alkar
3. Once in the instance stay to the left.
4. Attack the two Destroyer of Lives on the left.
5. That will trigger a couple of other destroyers to come. Finish them too.
6. Retreat back to the solid ground until your healers have fully recovered their energy
7. Now stay to the left and attack the Great Destroyer.
8. Make sure you use Pain Inverter as often as it is ready.
9. Two humans with Pain Inverter and Alkar's make this easy and quick
10. This missions takes about 4 minutes to complete.
